Professional History

Leveraging over 25 years of development and management experience, Mr. Thomas has expertise in insurance, manufacturing, financial services and retail environments. 


As a consultant, Mr. Thomas's clients include Western Reserve Group Insurance, Decision Research Corporation, United Educators Insurance, Citizens Property Insurance, Perr & Knight, Guidewire, Zions Bancorp, Berkley Corporation, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, Wellmark, Wells Fargo, Monsanto, Principal Financial Group and National Institute for Aviation Research.

Mr. Thomas has a BE in Mechanical Engineering and a MS in Industrial Engineering and Information Systems from Wichita State University.


Additionally, Mr. Thomas holds the following certifications: CPCU, Guidewire PolicyCenter 7.0, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM) and Interpersonal Managerial Skills.

TCS is a results-driven information systems firm with the ability to successfully lead business and technical initiatives through experience in project management, business leadership; information needs assessment and infrastructure management.

TCS covers full life-cycle application development, integration, data strategy, IT architecture, implementations, and roll-outs. They are accustomed to large, complex initiatives ranging in budgets from $1 million to $75 million. They have a proven track record using varied technologies which enable clients to achieve their overall strategic and tactical goals.
